this goal, we distribute evaluation
forms to our school contacts.
These forms give the principal
or teacher an opportunity to rate
the artist and their performance
and are extremely important to
YANET in their efforts to give
you and your students the highest
quality performances. The evaluation

Evaluation forms received by the
YA offices will be entered into
an annual drawing for a free program
(selected by YANET) for the winning
teacher’s class. This program
will be presented during the following
