Once
your program is scheduled, you
will receive a confirmation invoice.
You may pay anytime from invoice
receipt through the performance/residency
date.

- Confirmed programs are
considered binding.
- If an artist can’t
perform due to illness, weather,
etc., schools may reschedule,
substitute or receive full
credit.
- Confirmed programs cancelled
with less than one week’s
notice will be billed at the
full price, unless the program
can be rescheduled.
Travel Mileage
Costs
A mileage fee will be charged
for programs in outlying school
districts/areas. If this fee applies
to a performance, a mileage quote
will be given at the time of scheduling.
