What goes into making a radio show? Hubbard Middle School music teacher Jane Allen and Tyler Civic Children’s Theatre Resident Director Felicity Enas guide selected middle school students in the process from beginning to end. Planned in conjunction with the locally-taped National Public Radio From the Top radio show, this exciting residency provides learning experiences for students for several months. With the experts’ help, the students will actually research, write, produce, and direct their own radio show similar to From the Top. The culminating event will be taped live in front of the entire student body.
Grades: 6-8
